I’m a Technology Operations leader and systems strategist focused on building scalable, efficient, and human-centered solutions across organizations.

With over seven years of experience in technology operations and project management, I specialize in optimizing workflows, strengthening service management frameworks, and connecting cross-functional teams through intentional systems design. My work centers on transforming complex, fragmented processes into streamlined operations that improve both business performance and user experience.

Operating at a director level within Technology Operations, I’ve led initiatives that enhance IT governance, support compliance efforts, and deliver measurable operational improvements ; including cost savings, workflow automation, and system consolidation across platforms such as Jira and Confluence. As organizations evolve, I also support transitions in collaboration ecosystems, including migrations from Google Workspace environment to Microsoft 365, ensuring continuity, clarity, and adoption across teams.

Beyond my corporate role, I’m the founder of SoloBo Strategy & Tech, a consulting brand focused on operational clarity, workflow optimization, and scalable systems design. I also lead SoloBo Consults, a travel advisory service where I apply the same structured, client-centered approach to designing seamless travel experiences.
